Our inside sales department includes specialists in each of the markets we serve. They go through extensive training on all our products, even working on the assembly line and in the repair shop. We’ll work with you and do whatever it takes to help you.
We Support Our Products With A Limited Lifetime Warranty.Streamlight warrants our products to be free of defects, including LED, for a lifetime of use. We will repair, replace or refund the purchase price, at our option, any Streamlight product that does not work as a result of a manufacturing defect for as long as you own it. This limited lifetime warranty excludes abuse, non-rechargeable batteries, bulbs, chargers, switches, electronics and normal wear and tear. Rechargeable batteries, chargers, switches and electronics have a two (2) year warranty with proof of purchase.
In any country or under any jurisdiction where specific restrictions exist on limited lifetime warranties, Streamlight offers a 10-year limited warranty. Rechargeable batteries, chargers, switches and electronics have a two (2) year warranty with proof of purchase.
